The journal accepts innovative scientific research papers and commentaries on judicial rulings, whether prepared by university professors, members of the judiciary, lawyers, or legal consultants—provided that research methodology is properly observed. It also accepts submissions from law students, provided their work is supervised by qualified academic professors specializing in Sharia or Law. Submissions are welcomed in the following fields:

  • Islamic Sharia.
  • Law in all its branches.
  • Comparative studies between Sharia and Law in all fields.
  • Legislation, judicial rulings, legal opinions (fatwas), and advisory views.

Additionally, the journal may also publish, when deemed significant:

  • Special laws in various branches of law.
  • Judicial rulings issued by national courts of all levels, as well as by international or foreign courts.
  • Legal opinions (fatwas) issued by official religious authorities.
  • Advisory opinions provided by experts, when they are of benefit to society.
  • Summaries of academic theses.

Given the importance of academic theses in advancing scientific research, the journal may publish summaries of doctoral or master’s theses—with the author’s consent—provided that the thesis addresses an important issue of societal relevance and that the summary does not exceed ten (10) pages.
