Scope and Focus

The journal accepts innovative scientific research papers and commentaries on judicial rulings, whether prepared by university professors, judges, lawyers, or legal consultants—provided that they adhere to proper research methodology—or by law students under the supervision of qualified academic professors specializing in Sharia or law. Submissions are accepted in the following areas:

• Legal research in all branches of law.
• Sharia (Islamic law) research related to legislative and judicial aspects.
• Legislation, judicial rulings, legal opinions (fatwas), and advisory views.
• Commentaries on laws across various branches of law.
• Commentaries on judicial rulings, whether issued by national courts of all levels or by international or foreign courts.
• Summaries of academic theses (Ph.D. or Master’s), with the authors’ permission, provided that the thesis addresses an important issue beneficial to society and that the summary does not exceed 10 pages.
