إعلان بخصوص فتح باب تقديم البحوث للنشر بالعددين الأول والثاني (لسنة 2025م)
The journal is committed to standards of transparency and objectivity, and applies strict standards of academic integrity. All submitted materials are screened for plagiarism before peer review using a citation detection software. All research papers are reviewed by accredited reviewers under the supervision of the Editorial Board, and all these procedures are treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with the local and international publishing ethics outlined below.
1- Research and Publication Ethics for Authors
Research must be original and not previously published.
Plagiarism is rejected, papers are corrected or retracted when necessary, and the plagiarist is permanently banned from publishing in the journal again.
Authors are responsible for the originality of their research, and reviewers and Editorial Board members are committed to integrity and impartiality.
The researcher must submit a new, original, and innovative paper that addresses a vital and important issue. The focus of the research should be on the subject under study without theoretical introductions, digressions, or unnecessary additions.
The researcher is committed, in a signed pledge to the journal, that the research is their own original work, not part of a published book, or a master's or doctoral thesis, has not been previously published (in print or electronically), is not submitted for publication elsewhere, and has not been peer-reviewed by another scientific journal.
The researcher affirms that all citations from books, research, websites, and others are accurately documented and attributed to their owners.
The researcher should rely on modern and varied references in their research, both local and international, Arabic and foreign, whenever possible, and fully documented. They must also provide access to the data on which their study's results were based if the journal requests it, while maintaining its confidentiality, privacy, and intellectual property rights.
The research must include the names of all individuals who contributed to the authorship of the work, with a clarification of their actual contribution.
The researcher must disclose any conflicts of interest that might influence the interpretation of the research results.
The researcher must adhere to the rules of academic honesty and inform the journal management or the Editorial Board of any error discovered in the published research and cooperate with them for correction or retraction of the research.
Editorial Board members must deal objectively and professionally with submitted research, so that evaluation is based on scientific standards without bias.
2- Research and Publication Ethics for Editorial Board Members
Editorial Board members must maintain the confidentiality of information related to research and researchers.
Editorial Board members must commit not to use private information for personal gain and avoid conflicts of interest.
Editorial Board members must ensure that research undergoes review by experts and make publication decisions based on the reviewers' opinion.
The Editorial Board must take prompt action when violations of publication ethics are discovered, which includes data collection, investigation, and forming specialized committees to look into the matter.
3- Publication Ethics for Reviewers
Reviewers must commit to objective and effective review to improve research and increase its quality.
Reviewers must commit to completing the arbitration report quickly and accurately within a time frame not exceeding 21 days.
The reviewer must inform the Editor-in-Chief if any circumstance prevents them from continuing the review, so that the paper can be sent to an alternative reviewer.
Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the review process for all reviewed papers and must not mention or disclose them in any personal documents, including their CV.
Reviewers, in their evaluation of research, must adhere to objective standards and provide constructive feedback.
Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest and avoid using information for personal gain.
The reviewer must consider their expertise concerning the submitted research. If they feel they lack the expertise to evaluate a submitted paper, they must contact the editorial management and inform them before making a decision to accept or reject the paper.
