Management and distribution of tasks

Distribution of Journal Management Tasks is as follows:

  1. Editor-in-Chief Assumes overall supervision of the journal, approves research for publication, and represents the journal before scientific and legal bodies.

  2. Deputy Editor-in-Chief Assists the Editor-in-Chief, supervises the arbitration/peer-review process, and assumes the Editor-in-Chief's duties in their absence.

  3. Editorial Board Members Undertake the initial review of research papers, propose reviewers/referees, and offer opinions on the results of the arbitration process and publishing policies.

  4. Executive Secretary Is responsible for receiving research papers and correspondence, tracking arbitration/peer-review and publication deadlines, and maintaining records and archives.

  5. Technical Director Supervises the production of research papers for publication, manages the journal's website, and ensures electronic archiving.

  6. Scientific Advisory Committee Provides scientific advice, supports the quality of research, and contributes to expanding the journal's network of academic cooperation.
