This study investigated the concept of expedited arbitration, aiming to show how arbitration institutions can meet the demand for faster dispute resolution. It also reviewed legal and judicial trends surrounding these streamlined procedures, highlighting situations in which expedited arbitration may be impractical or inappropriate due to the nature of certain disputes. The researcher adopted a critical comparative methodology, focusing primarily on examining the fundamental principles underlying expedited arbitration.
