Abstract

Abstract:

The enforcement judge is a standalone judicial court with jurisdiction determined by law in countries that adopt the system. The enforcement judge possesses the powers of various judges and must not deviate from his functional, qualitative, or local jurisdiction while exercising these powers.

Also, The enforcement judge is essentially a judge who engages in judicial work. When addressing implementation matters, The enforcement judge issues judicial rulings and state orders pertaining to the pending implementation procedures. Consequently, these rulings and orders are subject to the same appeal and grievance processes as all other rulings and orders.

In this research, I concluded by explaining the significance of introducing an enforcement judge in seizure procedures, emphasizing the role of supervising seizure procedures and consolidating the various implementation processes under a single judge.
