Abstract

The principle of independence of judges is one of the most important foundations of the state of rights and law. The judicial authority is of particular importance as it guarantees respect for human rights and protection of the interests of individuals, And groups as the mechanism entrusted with ensuring the rule of law and equality its requirements, Through an independent judiciary, justice is achieved, rights are preserved, and the citizen is sense of security and stability is multiplied, the independence of the judiciary is not a luxury, nor is it an option for peoples or rulers, Rather, it is an inevitability of life and a necessity absence results in the strong in us eating away the weak, it is the safety valve for the litigant before the judge, and therefore it has become it is necessary to have components and mechanisms that guarantee the independence of the judiciary and consider it a constitution principle to which modern democratic countries are subject to in organizing their powers
