ABSTRACT
Due to the significant interest in human rights within international law in the post-World War II era, numerous agreements, resolutions, and international judgments related to human rights were issued. This led to the emergence of a relationship between international human rights law and another law that preceded it in this interest, namely national constitutional law. They share common characteristics and fields within the framework of a reciprocal and cooperative relationship achieved through the process of internationalization. However, the phenomenon of globalization, especially in the 1990s, led to attempts to undermine the status of national legislation, resulting in a contradictory relationship between the two laws. The Libyan Constitution project for 2017 serves as a model for this.
