Abstract

The study aims to explain digital human rights, and to shed light on the most important efforts made by the United Nations to recognize these rights and protect them from violations.

With the increasing global interest in human rights issues, and the keenness shown by international institutions and global decision-making centers to guarantee and protect these rights and prevent infringement on them, regardless of the justifications and motives, talk has begun to rise significantly in the recent period about the necessity of expanding the traditional concept of human rights to include human rights in the digital age. This is because modern technology has come to represent in our lives and the growing role it plays, the modern person cannot imagine his life going smoothly without relying on these technologies, or at least one of them.Keywords: Digital Human Rights, International Efforts, International Law, International Protection.
